Some of the best pubs in Redditch and the surrounding areas have been recognised in the Good Beer Guide 2025.

The guide, which is published annually by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), is the UK's best-selling beer and pub guide and an essential resource for ensuring the future of pubs across the UK.

The publication lists 4,500 of the best pubs across the UK and is the definitive beer drinker’s guide for those seeking the best pints in the nation and is on sale now.

A total of five pubs in Redditch and the surrounding areas have been featured in the guide.

Here are some of the top pubs in the area for 2025:

Alestones, Tardebigge

Described as a "well-maintained micropub", Alestones sits alongside several independent shops and businesses.

The guide highlights the variety of four beers available including golden ale, dark beer, a best bitter and real cider.

Visitors can also expect to enjoy live much once a month.

Black Tap Bar

As well as live music and a "friendly atmosphere", the micropub benefits from a roaring fire as well as a central location.

The pub serves a variety of beers and ciders.

Coach and Horses, Weatheroak

The guide praises the pub's traditional bar with real fire as well as the large beer garden surrounding the pub.

The Coach and Horses is home to the Weatheroak Brewery and serves fresh cobs as well as offering a separate restaurant space.

Rose and Crown, Feckenham

The guide describes the pub as a "welcoming, family-run business" with traditional bar and a large beer garden.

There are up to four changing real ales with at least one real cider always available.

The Weighbridge, Alvechurch

A canal side pub which has won multiple CAMRA awards, The Weighbridge has been described as a "thriving community asset" by the Good Beer Guide.

The pub is known for its regular beer Bridge 60 which is a pale ale from Woodcote brewery as well as offering real ciders.
