ARMED officers were sent out after a man was threatened with a knife before being punched and robbed outside a pub in Redditch.
West Mercia Police said the robbery happened outside the Railway Inn on Hewell Road around 3.20pm on Tuesday afternoon (October 22).
The victim was approached by two people who threatened him with a knife before punching him and stealing his phone, wallet, bracelet, house keys and bike.
Officers confirmed that the man did not suffer any serious injuries.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We responded immediately, including the deployment of armed officers, due to the report of a knife being used.
"A thorough search of the area was done, and the suspects were not found.
"Officers are appealing for anybody who may have seen the incident or have any information that would help with the investigation.
