A new junior netball programme has officially launched at a school in Redditch.
AU Sports is thrilled to announce the launch of its junior netball coaching programme at Tudor Grange Academy.
The six-week programme starts tomorrow (Wednesday, November 13) from 6pm until 7pm.
The programme is designed to introduce young netball enthusiasts to the fundamentals of the game, foster a love for sport and develop essential skills including teamwork, agility, and coordination.
Last week's open taster session attracted a remarkable turnout of 25 eager young players from across Redditch.
This overwhelming response underscores the growing popularity of netball, particularly among young girls.
Pete Alexander, founder of AU Sports, said: "It was truly inspiring to see so many young people eager to learn and play netball. Netball is experiencing a surge in popularity worldwide, and we're committed to providing opportunities for young people in Redditch to get involved.
"Our structured sessions are designed to be both fun and effective, combining creative games with skill-building drills to ensure a positive and engaging experience for every child."
AU Sports' coaching team is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun.
Whether your child is a complete beginner or has some experience, our sessions are tailored to meet their individual needs and help them reach their full potential.
