A leading manufacturing business in Redditch is "honoured" to receive a prestigious award for its services.
Micro Spring & Presswork (MSP) has been operating in the town for six decades and has been recognised as Manufacturing Business of the Year at the Redditch Business Awards 2024.
The award ceremony, hosted at the renowned Palace Theatre, celebrated exceptional achievements across industries to highlight the role of local businesses in driving economic success and innovation.
MSP said it was honoured to receive the recognition and it would motivate them to keep pushing boundaries in the industry.
Managing Director Neil Matthews said: "This recognition is a great honour and a reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone at MSP.
"Our team embodies the values of quality, innovation and customer commitment that have been the foundation of our company since it was established."
MSP was founded in 1964 and specialises in high quality springs, stampings and wire forms whilst also setting out to minimise waste.
It has built a reputation for delivering precision-engineered components and has become a leader in the manufacturing sector.
Mr Matthews said: "We've always believed in going beyond standard practices to understand and meet the needs of our clients.
"Our dedicated sales engineers work closely with each customer to provide customised solutions that enhance their operations and add tangible value.
"We are committed to maintaining our position as a forward-thinking manufacturer. This means constantly evolving our capabilities through using new technology or refining our processes to better serve our clients."
MSP said winning Manufacturing Business of the Year is not only a business milestone but it highlights the company's positive impact on the community and the manufacturing industry with several projects in the pipeline including expanding its facilities.
Mr Matthews added: "This award motivates us to keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We have exciting plans on the horizon and we look forward to building on this success as we advance MSP's legacy in manufacturing."
