Police have launched an appeal following two burglaries in Oakenshaw.
West Mercia Police said two properties were targeted on Lineholt close when the offender or offenders gained entry by forcing the locks on the back doors of the homes.
The incidents happened between 1.30am and 8am on Sunday (November 17).
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing to Oakenshaw South community for information following two burglaries at residential properties on Lineholt Close.
"An unknown number of offenders have gained entry by forcing the locks on the back doors of the properties.
"Did you see anything suspicious or have any information that might help enquires? Please get in touch with us by calling 101 and quoting incident number 00118_I_17112024 or 00158_I_172024."
