Police have issued a warning over the number of reports involving car crime in Church Hill.
Church Hill SNT said they have received a high amount of reports regarding car windows being smashed, belonging being taken out of cars and car theft attempts.
Officers said it has been happening all over the Church Hill area both North and South.
They have urged people to ensure all belongings are taken out of their vehicles and that cars are securely locked.
A spokesperson for Church Hill SNT said: "Please make sure all belongings are taken out of the vehicles, your car is securely locked when leaving your car unattended and make sure no cash or valuable items are left on display.
"If you have wheel locks on your vehicle please make sure you have put them on before exiting the vehicle. Any tracking devices such as Apple air tags would be really useful if your vehicle was ever taken or targeted as this would allow you to see where the vehicle has been taken to and police would be able to retrieve it.
"CCTV facing your vehicle or driveway is really helpful for us to identify suspects."
