THE Worcestershire Hounds met on Monday in Redditch where a strong wind was blowing, which did not promise well for the sport.
The first draw was the Segs, and here a brace of foxes went away in opposite directions.
Unfortunately the hounds divided and some time was spent before they were got together and put on the line of the one fox.
To an indifferent scent they hunted him slowly towards the direction of Astwood Bank where he went to ground but was eventually got out and killed before another fox was spotted and was killed at once.
The remainder were found bearing to the left entering into some local gardens but were eventually got out and killed which ended a moderate days sport.
