THE annual meeting of the Webheath, Foxly-diate, Headless Cross and District Hospital Society was held at the Rose and Crown Hotel, Webheath, on Tuesday.
Mr W Lambley, chairman of the committee, presided and their was a fair attendance of members.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.
In submitting the report for the last year, the secretary, Mr A E Shrieves, said that it was a pleasing matter to report that it was the most successful year in the history of the society, and both in quantity and quality it formed the finest collection of the favourite flower ever seen in the district.
