THE Redditch Town Band have only recently commenced their series of very popular open-air concerts for this season and already complaints have reached us from many quarters of the nuisance caused by youths racing and shouting around the Church Green while the musical selections are being played.

On Thursday in last week the trouble took a more acute form than ever before known, and it has now reached such a pitch that preventative measures must be advised, or the committee will have to consider the advisability of discontinuing with these most popular concerts. Surely the police could put an end to the intolerable nuisance.
