A MAN, believed to be wearing a skirt and fishnets, indecently exposed himself to two female dog walkers in separate incidents in Redditch this morning.
The first incident was in Spring Vale Road between 7.20-7.30am when the man exposed himself to woman in her 40s.
The second incident was at Pitcheroak Woods at about 8.05am when the man exposed himself to a woman in her 50s.
The man was white, in his 20s, and about 5ft 8ins tall, and both victims said the man was wearing a black skirt. One described him as wearing party type clothes, with a fairy type skirt and fishnet tights. The other woman described the skirt as being more like a short netball-type sports skirt.
Both victims said he was wearing a stripy hat and stripy scarf. The first victim said the man was smoking.
The second victim believes he made off in a white or grey Rover 400, which was parked on a car park off Bromsgrove Road.
PC Kirsty Dury of West Mercia Police said: “Although the descriptions differ slightly, both women say the man was wearing a skirt and it is clearly the same offender.
“The victims were both shaken by the incident. The first victim described the man’s manner as intimidating and she picked up her dog and ran off. The other woman said he was aggressive and also ran off.”
Anyone who recognises the man’s description or anyone else with information is asked to contact PC Dury on 0300 333 3000 quoting incident 78-s-011210 and 104-s-011210 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
