RESIDENTS are being invited to hear about the tales and tribulations of one man and his wife, his dog and a narrowboat.
The evening, entitled Narrow Dog Tales, features the adventures of Terry Darlington, his wife Monica and Jim the whippet who all sail the waterways on their narrowboat Phyllis May.
Terry writes books, Monica acts as his manager, and Jim acts as their dog.
Terry has written two best selling books Narrow Dog to Carcassonne and Narrow Dog to Indian River.
The evening is at The Bridge Church (formally St. Luke's) in Headless Cross on Saturday, March 5 at 7pm.
Tickets cost £6 and are available by calling 65845 or paying on the door.
