A REDDITCH man has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of a Wales football fan.
During a preliminary hearing at Worcester Crown Court, Ian Mytton, 41, from Gateley Close in Winyates Green, didn’t enter a plea for the charge of manslaughter.
An application was entered for the case to be transferred to a London court for trial, and Mr Mytton was remanded in custody until the service of prosecution papers on Tuesday, November 1.
44-year-old Michael Dye, was found outside Wembley Stadium, before the Wales Euro 2012 qualifier against England on Tuesday, September 6, with a fractured skull, and died later in hospital from blunt force trauma.
