BROWNIES from 2nd Studley (St. Mary's) recently lent a hand both to the local community and to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Brownies set to bag packing at Tesco Oakenshaw on the weekend and shoppers were so impressed by their attitude an impressive £250 was raised for the hospital which provides general and emergency health care services to youngsters.
A spokesman from the Brownies said: “We would like thank Tesco, community champion Sam Chandler, and all the Redditch shoppers for their support.”
