FOR people who prefer a little texture to their art, there’s something a bit different on display at Venue Xpresso in Alcester.
Local artist Clare Cooper-Walsh, who has been living and exhibiting in Scotland for the past 17 years, has returned to the Midlands, with an unusual art show for the town.
She works mainly in textiles and mixed media, experimenting with pattern and colour, and while in Scotland she created a Lourdes pilgrimage banner for the Archdiocese of Edinburgh.
The exhibition will be on display at Venue Xpresso in the high street until Saturday, November 5.
