A HISTORIC part of Redditch’s heritage is on the market.
Empire House, part of one of Redditch’s best known buildings, British Mills, is up for sale.
The historic offices, on Prospect Hill, are on the market with an asking price of £175,000 plus VAT.
In the heyday of the Redditch needle industry British Mills was a large needle and fishing tackle factory.
Ian Parker, from property agents John Truslove, said: “British Mills dominates the Prospect Hill/Albert Street intersection.
“It is in an extremely attractive location, just a short walking distance from the Kingfisher Shopping Centre and Market Square. A building with style and kudos.”
Empire House, a two-storey Listed building, comprises four separate offices each having been refurbished to a high standard, but still maintaining their original character.
Mr Parker added: “If you have a business where impressing potential customers and clients is critical then this could be the place for you.”
