I am humbled to know there are good samaritans out there as on Friday, January 27 afternoon, I unfortunately came off my road bike in Webheath going around a mini roundabout.
Two members of the public came to my help immediately and assisted me with my injuries.
I sustained a cut eyebrow that required stitches and a broken wrist and mild concussion and lots of grazes.
I needed to go to the local A&E at the Alex for treatment and received excellent care from all the staff there.
I would like to thank Jacqui Cooper who helped me and the kind gentleman who also helped in Webheath and provided lots of tissues.
Thank goodness I always wear a helmet.
I would encourage everyone who rides a bike to do the same as you never know what may be just around the corner in life.
