THERE will be something for everyone at Inkberrow Golf Academy on Saturday when the revamped centre holds an open day.
Director and PGA golf professional Chris Stanley took charge back in the summer and is throwing the doors open to the public with a day filled with demonstrations, competitions and family fun.
"It will be the perfect opportunity for people to see the facilities here," he explained. "It will offer some the chance to try golf if they've not played before while others can check out the putting studio, driving range and new golf simulator.
"We have also arranged a junior demo day with Young Masters Golf as we are hoping to get more kids interested."
As well as a chance to try the facilities for free, golfers will also be able to enter the longest drive competition and see the latest equipment from leading manufacturers Callaway and Cleveland.
A barbecue and refreshments will also be available and there will also be a bouncy castle for youngsters looking for something a little more energetic.
Saturday's event runs from 11am to 6pm at the Inkberrow Golf Academy, in Holberrow Green, and for further details call 01386 793053.
