REDDITCH Exiles suffered a 17-7 defeat at Camp Hill in what was hooker Lol Doughty's final game for the Bromsgrove Road side.
The home side opened the scoring with their first attack and this seemed to spur the Exiles into action.
Camps continued to be the more threatening but the Redditch defence held firm and countered with some inspired kicking from Garry Mills and darting runs from Tim Aris and Mark Rose.
The Exiles score came from centre Andy Hook, Jez Thomas converting before the home side ran in two further tries.
