Worcestershire Rapids were pipped to the line for a second game on the trot as Leicestershire Foxes came out on top by four runs.
Rapids took their third consecutive trip away from home for the Vitality Blast clash, this time to the Uptonsteel County Ground.
Foxes were able to secure their victory - albeit a narrow one - despite a late push from the Rapids who needed 12 runs from the final over from Josh Hull.

Despite a no ball and a free hit, the was not met, and the Rapids fell short by four runs, sealing their score at 172-6.
The prospects for the Rapids had been promising for most of the match.
Impressive bowling spells saw Nathan Smith and Adam Finch capture three wickets for the visitors, with club captain Brett D'Oliveira also once again showcasing his leg spin.
However, the game took a decisive turn when Leicestershire managed 32 runs from the final two overs, setting a difficult and ultimately unassailable total for the Rapids.
D'Oliveira, together with Matthew Waite, Josh Cobb and Ethan Brookes all made impressive scores of between 32 and 40 at the crease.
However the Foxes didn't make it easy, with spinners Lewis Goldsworthy and Rehan Ahmed's bowling spells keeping the Rapids' victory out of reach.
Following the match Brookes said: "I was very disappointed that I wasn’t able to get the lads over the line in the end.
"This is the fifth Twenty20 game that I’ve played and I want to win games of cricket for Worcestershire.
"It hurts and it is disappointing but the games come so thick and fast that you just have to put defeats to bed, learn from them and hope to make amends in the next game.
“We had a great opening 10 overs that lay down a good platform for us and we knew from their innings when they got 60 off the last five overs that we could catch up in the end and it is frustrating that we couldn’t quite get there."
Looking ahead, he added: “We’re two wins from five when it could have been four from five with two very close games but we’ll rest and recover, train on Thursday and hopefully get a win over Nottinghamshire back at New Road on Friday.”
