REDDITCH United head into their Southern League Premier Division Central campaign opener this weekend on the back of an unbeaten pre-season.
The Reds finished off their friendlies with last Saturday's commanding 4-1 victory over Swindon Supermarine at the Valley Stadium.
Tim Flowers' side begin the competitive action with their longest away trip of the season — a 376-mile round trip to Lowestoft Town on Saturday (3pm) and their coach allocation has sold out.
They then start the home league programme against West Midlands rivals Halesowen Town next Monday (7.45pm).
New manager Flowers has added to his new signings with two loan additions in Reuben Wyatt and Max Martin.
Midfielder Wyatt, 18, has joined on a season-long work experience loan from League One side Northampton Town.
Martin, 19 and also a midfielder, has signed from Solihull Moors until January.
First-team coach Ryan Conneely said after the Swindon win: "We want to be very hard-working and disciplined off the ball. On the counter-attack we have really good quality in the final third.
"We're not in too bad a place so far."
Jordan Cranston came close to opening the scoring early on against Supermarine after his low driven effort was deflected onto the bar, writes Jack Underwood.
The resulting corner was blocked and defender Calum Flanagan headed into an open net.
The Reds doubled their lead a few minutes later after forward Alex Cameron slotted home before Musa Ceesay and Will Harris went close.
They got their third goal just before half-time when full-back Cranston whipped in a cross and Cameron ran onto it to tap in for his brace.
The away side pulled one back through Harry Williams but the Reds netted again through a trialist into the bottom corner.
Cameron was forced off with a knock in the 80th minute, forcing the Reds to play with 10 men for the remaining minutes.
Midfielder Aram Soleman had a successful ACL operation and is recovering well.
The Reds previously won 3-0 at Stourport Swifts in a midweek friendly.
Meanwhile, Alvechurch begin their Premier Division Central campaign at Bishop's Stortford on Saturday (3pm).
Harborough Town then visit Lye Meadow in Church's competitive home opener next Tuesday (7.45pm).
Church manager Jimmy Fry's new signings include experienced defender Krystian Pearce, winger Omari Sterling-James, midfielders Connor Stanley and Joe Willis and forwards Dan Sweeney and Tyrone Barnett.
They ended pre-season with a 1-1 draw at Carlton Town.
