Tim Flowers got his second league win at the helm as Alvechurch secured a 2-0 victory over his former side Bromsgrove Sporting.
It was Flowers' second three points of the season over Sporting, having previously guided Redditch United to a win in September.
Goals from Krystian Pearce and Charlie Wragg were enough to see Church withstand an onslaught to cruise to victory at the UK Electrical Stadium in the Southern League Premier Division Central on Saturday (November 30) at 3pm.

Pearce opened the scoring within minutes as his header from a cross looped into the goal.
The early setback was compounded when Wragg, a former Bromsgrove player, capitalised on a poor kick from home keeper Charlie Price, intercepting to double Alvechurch's lead before half-time.
Despite going into the second half with a two-goal deficit, Sporting pressed forward in search of a comeback.
Their chances were boosted further when Church's Kieran Wakefield was sent off in the 67th minute for a reckless challenge on Aksum White.
Sporting kept fighting, with Aaron Roberts forcing Church keeper Ronnie Hollingshead into a save with a header in the 70th minute.
Substitute Fin Holmes then squandered a golden opportunity six minutes later.
Reece King came close in the 79th minute, hitting the woodwork with a header, and another Sporting substitute, Harry Crook, missed the target with a headed effort a minute later.
In the dying moments of the match, Crook missed a golden chance, putting a Holmes cross wide at the back post.
Holmes then had a strike saved three minutes later, sealing a frustrating, goalless afternoon for Sporting.
With the momentum of a win behind them, Church will turn their attention to an away clash with Boston United at 3pm on Saturday (December 7) at Jakemains Community Stadium in the third round of the FA Trophy.
Bromsgrove meanwhile will travel to Bishop's Stortford at 3pm on Saturday in league action.
